酸洗吊帶是作業(yè)中較為理想的索具，由于其接觸面較寬且平整，不易損傷被吊物。由于其有較好的耐酸及耐堿性能，故其適宜吊裝涂料制品，塑料制品，機(jī)床及經(jīng)表面處理或后的管材，管道等。酸洗吊裝帶的承載面寬，可以減少表面負(fù)荷的壓力;酸洗吊帶外表面光滑及的物體時，不會傷害被吊物,酸洗吊帶輕便、柔軟、系數(shù)高、使用壽命長、不導(dǎo)電，無觸電危險，對腐蝕有很好的抵抗力。

吊裝帶的報廢標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

吊裝帶在使用過程中，有下列情況之時，應(yīng)予以報廢:

1、織帶(含保護(hù)套)嚴(yán)重磨損、穿孔、切口、撕斷.

2、承載吊裝帶纖維軟化、老化、彈性變小、強(qiáng)度減弱.

3、接縫綻開、縫線磨斷.

4、纖維表面粗糙易于剝落.

5、吊裝帶出現(xiàn)死結(jié).

6、吊裝帶表面有過多的點狀疏松、腐蝕、酸堿燒損以及熱熔化或燒焦.

7、帶有紅色警戒線吊裝帶的警戒線裸露.

Scrapped sling

When lfting belt during use, the following conditions should be scrapped

Ribbon (shielded) severe wear, perforations, cut, torn

Carrying sling fiber softening, aging, elastic smaller, strength weakened

Blooming seams, stitching wear off

Easy to peel off the fiber surface roughness

Lifting band appears knot

Lifting with excessive surface punctate loose, corrosion, acid burning and hot melt or burn

Cordon with a red line sling exposed.

使用注意

1、不要使用已損壞的吊帶.

2、在吊裝時，不要扭、絞吊帶.

3、使用時不要讓吊帶打結(jié).

4、避免撕開縫紉聯(lián)合部位或超負(fù)荷工作..

5、當(dāng)移動吊帶時，不要拖拉吊帶

6、避免強(qiáng)奪或震蕩造成吊帶的負(fù)載.

7、每一個吊帶在使用要認(rèn)真檢查.

8、絳綸有耐無機(jī)酸的機(jī)能，但易受酸的傷害.

9、纖綸適用于能抗化學(xué)物品的場所

10、錦綸有耐烈機(jī)酸的能力，易受有面酸的傷害，在受潮時,損失可達(dá)15%.

11、如果吊帶在受化學(xué)品污染或者是在高溫下使用，則應(yīng)向供應(yīng)商尋求參考意見.

Nylon has the ability of resistance to strong acids, susceptible to harm surface acid when exposed to moisture, strength loss of up to 15%

If the sling contaminated by chemicals or at high temperatures, reference should seek advice from suppliers
